One of the things that I've been really convicted of, was by the reality that Jesus was IN THE WORLD. He was AT THE PARTIES. He was WITH THE PEOPLE. And to 'do all things in the name of Jesus Christ' doesn't necessarily mean attaching 'jesus loves you' to the end of every sentence. If that's what God has called you to do then by all means say that. But that's more likely going to repel people. Living LIFE with people is so critical if we are going to be able to be Jesus' hands and feet and administer the message of reconciliation to them effectively.
