there is so much to do.

part of me thinks that going overseas would be a copout, because there is plenty of need here in australia, and maybe i'm repelled by it because it's a whole lot trickier than the radical life of the mystical 'overseas mission fields'. because i'm such a sucker for comfort. and that lets the lukewarm in.

maybe going over would mean that when (if?) i returned, i would be better equipped and more effective for the stories and experience...

what are the options?

UNI EXCHANGE
op 1: Sem 2 2010 - end of Sem 1 2011: Exchange to Edinburgh [what study? Honours implications? Study honours over there?]
op 2: Sem 2 2010: 6 mnth exchange to Edinburgh
Money: $10 000 per semester. Work, and look for corporate sponsorship? (follow Bev up)
Church: suss out churches, ministry opportunities. Experience/training?
Travel: hike around Ireland's coast. 3 weeks.

Finish uni 2013.

[ I think. I need to sort out what I will be studying overseas... If, as Fiona says, I have to have completed all my Combined Law subjects yrs 1-3 before I leave in Sem 2 2010, that either means that my time o/s will count towards the completion of my Arts degree, or that I spent from Sem 2 '09 to Sem 2 '10 doing more Combined Law subjects that I would have done ordinarily, on TOP OF the standard amount of Arts (read: hectic loading)... on the other hand, the first option mentioned, during the same period of time, I'll do less Arts subjects, and I catch them up o/s.
First option means I study non-Honours o/s. And when I return in 2011, in Sem 2 '11, I'll have to do straight Law for both Sem 1 & 2. And I may be disinclined to do Honours? Where would it fit in? If I did do Honours at USyd, When would it start? Because that would add another year on. Hence FINISH 2013.
Second option means I study Honours o/s... am I even allowed to do that? And finish 2013. ha. makes no difference. ]

Dec 2013. 2 week break. Maybe NZ hike around South Island?

2014. TRAVEL.
